August REI presents itself as a residential mortgage loan servicing company operating from Garland, Texas.
By accessing or using the website, submitting information through the website, requesting assistance, using account access tools, or enrolling in communications from August REI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or related services.
- Business Purpose
August REI states that it provides integrated loan servicing options and related borrower, lender, and customer support functions. Public-facing pages for August REI reference servicing support, payment handling, borrower communications, homeowner portal access, and lender account access.

You remain responsible for reviewing your actual loan documents, payment statements, notices, and legally operative correspondence. Where a conflict exists between website content and controlling loan or servicing documents, the controlling documents govern.
- Payments, Account Information, and Service Communications
August REI’s public website identifies payment and correspondence channels, borrower support contact details, and office or telephone support hours. Public-facing pages also state that the office is closed to the general public and that payments may be dropped in the mail slot at Suite 107 during listed periods.

Twilio requires a publicly accessible Terms & Conditions URL and a publicly accessible Privacy Policy URL for new A2P 10DLC campaign submissions.
Message frequency may vary depending on your account activity, support needs, and relationship with August REI. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact August REI directly using the contact information listed below.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving services where prohibited by law. Messaging consent must be separate from acceptance of terms or privacy policy acknowledgment, and consent controls should not be pre-checked or enabled by default.
SMS services may be delayed or unavailable due to carrier, network, handset, platform, or technical limitations. August REI is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Debt Collection and Servicing Communications
Because August REI operates as a mortgage servicing company, some communications may concern payment status, delinquency, default, loss mitigation, servicing transfers, escrow matters, or other account servicing topics. In some situations, communications may also be made in a capacity that could be considered debt collection, where permitted by applicable law.
