Beginning with just 25 loans in 2009, AugustREI, LLC was born. Since then, AugustREI has grown into a 4,890 loan, $473,000,000 plus portfolio with the enviable default rate of 1.80%.
Amy has become a sought-after speaker and trainer within the industry and continues to act as the Managing Principal of AugustREI.
